Professional Practice
I'm a physical therapist specializing in outpatient orthopedics at Duly Health and Care PT/OT clinic in Naperville, IL. I work at the 1163 E. Ogden Ave location, Monday through Friday. My schedule includes morning, afternoon, and evening hours to accommodate patient needs.
Educational Background
I earned my bachelor's degree in kinesiology and exercise science at Northern Illinois University, where I competed as a Division I athlete. This experience gave me firsthand insight into the demands of athletic performance and the importance of proper movement mechanics.
Clinical Philosophy
My clinical approach draws from leaders in both rehabilitation and performance training. In strength and conditioning, I follow the work of Cal Dietz, Frans Bosch, and Mel Siff. In physical therapy, I've been influenced by Shirley Sahrmann, Gary Gray, and Tom Dalonzo-Baker, creator of Total Motion Release. I believe in combining evidence-based practice with movement principles from both fields to treat the whole person, not just the injury.
Credentials & Experience
I hold the Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification and the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential. I've served as a clinical manager for seven years, bringing leadership experience to patient care and clinical operations.
